Corporate website terms. Product accounts and services are governed by the terms presented by the applicable product or legal entity.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of forefrontsolutionsinc.com and the corporate information, pages and materials made available through it (the “Corporate Site”). By using the Corporate Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Corporate Site.
The Corporate Site is provided by Forefront Solutions Inc. (“Forefront,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a Wyoming C corporation with business operations in Stateline, Nevada. It is intended to explain Forefront's company, technology and product relationships. It is not the account portal for Atlas Trade AI, Oculus Algorithms or SignalSynk.
2. Separate product websites and agreements
Atlas Trade AI is operated by Atlas Trade AI LLC, a separate legal entity and subsidiary of Forefront. Oculus Algorithms and SignalSynk are technology platforms developed by Forefront and licensed for use in compatible Atlas workflows. Access to a product is governed by the customer agreements, product terms, risk disclosures, privacy notices, pricing terms and other documents presented by the applicable product or entity.
If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, order form or product-specific terms that apply to your use of a product, the product-specific document controls for that product relationship.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Corporate Site for lawful informational purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the Corporate Site, its security or its availability;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
- use automated means to scrape, copy or extract content in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden or violates applicable law;
- misrepresent your affiliation with Forefront or a product in the Forefront ecosystem;
- use Forefront intellectual property to create confusion, impersonate the company or promote unlawful activity; or
- transmit malicious code, unlawful content or information you are not authorized to provide.
4. Corporate information; no individualized advice
Content on the Corporate Site is general corporate and product-relationship information. It is not individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice; a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security; or a determination that any product, strategy, brokerage, account type, allocation or setting is suitable for any person.
Product descriptions are summaries. Features, integrations, plans, availability and release states can change. Use the applicable official product website and governing documents for current information before relying on a description.
5. Intellectual property
The Corporate Site, its design, text, graphics, software, logos, product names and other content are owned by Forefront, its affiliates, licensors or the applicable rights holder and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Forefront grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the Corporate Site for lawful informational use. No other license is granted by implication.
Forefront Solutions Inc., Atlas Trade AI, Oculus Algorithms, SignalSynk and associated marks may be protected names or marks. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party sites, brokerages and services
The Corporate Site links to separate product websites and may link to brokerages, social networks, service providers or other third parties. Those sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Forefront does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, account decisions, fees or conduct.
Reference to a brokerage, integration or third party does not by itself mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, audits or recommends Forefront or any Forefront product.
7. Trading, automation and technology risk
Trading and automated trading involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. Software, market data, network connections, cloud services, brokerage APIs and brokerage systems can be delayed, interrupted or unavailable. Orders can be rejected, delayed, duplicated, partially filled or filled at prices different from those expected. Controls such as stop losses, drawdown limits, pause functions and disconnect functions are not guarantees of execution or a maximum loss.
Backtested, simulated, hypothetical, paper or model-generated results do not represent actual trading and have material limitations. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Corporate Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Forefront disclaims warranties that the Corporate Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement where legally permitted.
Nothing on the Corporate Site guarantees a product release, system availability, brokerage compatibility, order outcome, security outcome, financial result, refund or particular customer experience.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forefront and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the Corporate Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Any direct liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Forefront specifically for access to the Corporate Site during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This section applies only to the Corporate Site. A separate agreement may establish different rights and remedies for a product or paid service.
10. Changes and availability
Forefront may update the Corporate Site and these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Forefront may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Corporate Site without guaranteeing continued availability.
