1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to forefrontsolutionsinc.com and corporate communications handled by Forefront Solutions Inc. (“Forefront,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a Wyoming C corporation with business operations in Stateline, Nevada. It does not replace the privacy notice, customer agreement or security documentation of a separate product platform.
2. Information we may collect
Information you provide
We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, message content, career materials or other information included in a corporate inquiry.
Technical and usage information
When you use the Corporate Site, hosting, security and analytics technologies may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps and diagnostic or security events.
Information from business interactions
If you communicate with Forefront about a corporate, vendor, media or partnership matter, we may keep business contact information, correspondence and records needed to manage that relationship.
Do not send brokerage passwords, API keys, account numbers, trading credentials or other sensitive brokerage information through the Corporate Site or general Forefront email.

- operate, maintain, secure and improve the Corporate Site;
- respond to corporate, career, media, vendor or partnership inquiries;
- route a product-specific question to the appropriate official product channel when appropriate;
- detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents or unlawful activity;

- enforce applicable terms and protect legal rights; and
- comply with law, legal process and valid governmental requests.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
Forefront may disclose information to vendors that support hosting, website operations, security, analytics, communications, professional services and recordkeeping. Those providers may process information only for the services they provide and under applicable contractual or legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate suspected misconduct, complete a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.
5. Separate product websites
The Corporate Site links to Atlas Trade AI, Oculus Algorithms and SignalSynk. Those products may collect account, payment, brokerage-connection, platform-use or support information under their own privacy notices and terms. Forefront's role in developing or supporting technology does not make this Corporate Site's Privacy Policy the controlling notice for every product interaction.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Corporate Site or its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, logs and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, performance measurement and analytics. Your browser may allow you to limit or delete these technologies, although some site functionality may be affected. Where legally required, available consent controls should be used to manage non-essential technologies.

Forefront retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining business records, protecting the site, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Forefront uses administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not use general corporate channels to transmit information that is unnecessary or unusually sensitive.

You may also be able to object to or restrict certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

10. Children
The Corporate Site is not directed to children under 13, and Forefront does not knowingly use the Corporate Site to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Corporate Site, contact us.

Forefront may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Corporate Site, business practices or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
