The Story

Our Founder:

Michael Carlson

Mr. Carlson is the Founder of Forefront Solutions Inc and its subsidiary, Atlas Trade AI, Magnus Trades, Elara Pro and Profit Signal Pro. With over 20 years of experience merging quantitative finance with enterprise-level software engineering, his work has been licensed to third-party institutions for its robust security and performance.

In 2020, he established Forefront Solutions to create algorithmic trading software and SaaS platforms, pioneering next-generation machine learning for financial markets. The company's proprietary high-frequency trading (HFT) systems process data across a multitude of financial markets.

Initially licensing its technology to third-party companies, Mr. Carlson shifted strategy in 2025 by establishing Atlas Trade AI and three other subsidiaries to bring Forefront's technology directly to the public.

As a venture partner and incubator for emerging FinTech, he is also building a portfolio of synergistic quantitative trading startups.
